Experience
I am a current student at UPenn majoring in Economics and Bioengineering. I am enthusiastic about helping prospective students carve their passions and spotlight them through the different parts of their application! During high school, I combined my interests for healthcare, policy, and technology to make an impact at a local, national, and global level. I started a podcast which led me to publish with the Malala Fund and World Economic Forum. I also completed several internships with organizations working in policy and healthcare, including MIT, the US National Women’s Political Caucus, and a global non-profit called Family Empowerment Media. I also helped pass policy in California around menstrual equity. Within my high school, I was heavily engaged in local education policy and our school’s music program, where I was engaged in statewide and national choral competitions and performed at Carnegie Hall. The awards that I received during high school included fellowships at the AT&T Tech Policy Hub and US Capital, speaking at national conferences such as South By Southwest, and recognition for my civic engagement from the State of California.
